Kids360 and Alli360 Privacy Policy

Please carefully review this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) and our practices regarding the processing of personal data to understand how, why, and for what purposes we process your data.

We are the rightholders to the “Kids360” and “Alli360” applications and a website (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), as well as the controller of personal data.

4.1 Agree to all the terms of this document without exception. We’re happy to have you on board!

4.2 It is important to note that the “Alli360” app is an app for children that can only be used with parental consent. By agreeing to the Policy, the adult confirms that they are the parent of the child for whom parental control is exercised through the use of the Service.‍‍

5.1 From parents, we may collect email addresses, data about purchased subscriptions, the number and amount of payments made. 

5.2 From children, we collect their name, age, the names of apps installed on their device, the time spent using such apps, and data regarding their online activity.

5.3 From both the child and the parent, we may collect: device data, IP address, language set on the device, location data, Wi-Fi network data, tasks the child performs at the parent’s request, data about visited locations, user-selected locations on the map, battery level, movement speed, the on/off status of the device’s geolocation settings, physical activity data, start and end times of movement, family member composition, data about the user’s interaction with the app, data about the user’s mobile network, and device identifiers.

5.4 A child’s personal data is accessible only to the parent within the “Kids360” Service.

5.5 We engage in cross-border data transfers.

6.1 We collect data when you contact us through “Kids360.” We may also save any messages you send to us. We use this data to operate, maintain, and provide the features and functionality of the Service, and to communicate with you, such as to send notifications.

6.2 Data we collect automatically using technology. When you use the Service, we and our business partners may collect certain data about your device using technologies such as cookies, web beacons, log files, or other tools. This may include, for example, your IP address, browser data, links to/from and URLs, clickstream data, and data about how you interact with links on the website, mobile app, or Service, domain names, landing pages, page views, cookie data that allows us to uniquely identify your browser and track your browser’s behavior on our site, mobile device type, mobile device identifiers or other persistent identifiers, and location data collected from your mobile device. Some or all of this data may be combined with other personally identifiable data described above.

6.3 Device Data. When you access our Service, we may receive or collect and store unique identification numbers associated with your device or our Service (including, for example, UDID, the Advertising ID (“IDFA”), device type, model, and manufacturer, the brand and model of the mobile operating system, phone number, and, depending on your device settings, your geographic location data, including GPS coordinates (e.g., latitude and/or longitude, speed of movement). 

6.4 Why do we process this data?

– To store data so you don’t have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the website or mobile app;

– To provide tailored, personalized content and data, including advertisements;

– To diagnose or resolve technical issues reported by our users or engineers related to specific IP addresses or user identifiers.

6.5 Analytics. We may also collect analytics data or use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect data sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit, your use of third-party applications, and other data that helps us analyze and improve the Service.

6.6 We do not collect or process any sensitive information, such as information related to the racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, physical or mental health or condition, crime or court records, etc.

7. Sharing of data

7.1 We will not disclose personal data to third parties (including law enforcement agencies, other government agencies, or private plaintiffs) unless required to do so by law or court order.

7.2 We do not use or share personal information collected from the accounts of Children for marketing or advertising purposes, nor permit Our third-party partners to collect and use such information for advertising purposes.

8. How do we protect your data?

8.1 We take precautions to ensure that your personal data is protected against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, or distribution, as well as against other unlawful actions by third parties.

8.2 However! When you use certain products, services, or applications of the Service, or post on forums, in chat rooms, or on social media, the personal data you provide is visible to other users and may be read, collected, or used by them. You are solely responsible for providing this data. For example, if you include your name and email address in a forum post, that data is public. Therefore, please exercise caution when using such features.

8.3 International transfers to third parties. Some of the third parties described in this privacy policy that provide services to Us under contract, are based in other countries that may not have privacy and data protection laws equivalent to those of the country in which You reside. When We share the information of customers in the European Economic Area or Switzerland, We make use of the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks, European Commission-approved standard contractual data protection clauses, or other appropriate legal mechanisms to safeguard the transfer. If You ask Us, We can provide You with a copy of the standard data protection clauses.‍

9. What can you do regarding your data?

9.1 Right of access. You can request a list of the data we process about you. 

9.2 Right to data ratification. You can contact us to update your information. For example, if your email address changes. 

9.3 Data erasure. You can ask us to delete all your personal data. However, in that case, we will not be able to provide our services.

9.4 Right to data portability. You can obtain some of your personal information in a format that you can move from one service provider to another (for instance, when you transfer Your email address to another carrier). Depending on the context, this applies to some, but not to all of your data.

9.5 You can stop receiving promotional emails from us by clicking the “unsubscribe” link provided in such messages or by contacting technical support.

9.6 You can opt out of the collection of information via cookies or other tracking technologies by managing the settings in your browser or mobile device. 

9.7 You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9.8 For California Users. Our Website is not following the “Do Not Track” setting.

10. Links to Other Websites and Services

10.1 We are not responsible for the practices of websites linked to the Service, nor for the information or content contained therein.

10.2 When you use a link to go from the Service to another website, our Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or service, including those linked from our website, are subject to that third party’s own terms and policies. We recommend that you review these rules and policies before proceeding.

10.3 Additionally, when you make purchases in the mobile app, we do not collect payment information. This information is collected and stored by the platform you use for payment (e.g., Apple Store or Google Play) or the platform’s payment processor.

11. Services Provided by Third Parties Through the Service

11.1 If our Service includes services provided by third parties as part of applications, we may share your personal data with them as a joint controller of personal data. You can find a list of third parties to whom we may share your data in Table 2

12. Changes to the Privacy Policy

12.1 We may, from time to time and at our sole discretion, modify or update this Policy. 

12.2 When making changes, we will notify you either by providing advance notice of such changes prior to implementation or by sending a direct notification.
